If a third party has appropriated the use of your copyright without authorization, we take the necessary steps to put an end to this unauthorized use.

We directly handle unauthorized third party use of your copyrights in the U.S. during the pre-litigation stages. Unauthorized use of your copyrights outside the U.S. are handled by international counsel who work to force this use to stop and to remove any unauthorized registrations from copyright registers worldwide.

At your request, we can also review e-commerce websites, social media platforms and other locations on the Internet to ensure that third parties are not making unauthorized use of your copyrights. If we find that your copyrights are being used without authorization on the Internet, we track down the infringers and use all available tools to stop their infringement.
